Commercial Foundations
The commercial infrastructure that turns relationships into revenue.
Plenty of organisations have goodwill, an audience and a story worth backing. Far fewer have the commercial machinery to turn that into sustainable revenue: a clear offer, defensible pricing, and materials that survive contact with a sponsor's CFO.
We build that machinery.
Who this is for
Rights holders, sporting clubs and community organisations building their first commercial or sponsorship programme. Established organisations whose partnership revenue has plateaued. Anyone about to walk into a room and ask a brand for money.
What we do
Revenue model design. Where the money can actually come from: sponsorship, memberships, hospitality, events, government and philanthropic funding. What to pursue first and what to ignore.
Offer architecture. Packaging your assets into tiers and offers that make sense to a buyer, priced on what they are worth rather than what was charged last year.
Sponsorship and partnership strategy. Who to target, why they would say yes, and the sequence to approach them in. A prospect list is not a strategy. Fit is.
Commercial pitch decks. The document that goes in front of the sponsor. Built to answer the questions a commercial decision-maker actually asks: what do I get, what does it cost, and how will I justify it internally.
How an engagement works
Foundations work is usually a defined project: a commercial review and strategy first, followed by optional support taking the offer to market. First engagements often start with a single strategy session.
Frequently asked
We are a small community club. Is this overkill?
No, it is where foundations matter most. Getting your first sponsorship proposal and pricing right saves years of undervalued deals. We scale the work to the size of the organisation.
Can you also sell the sponsorships for us?
Our core work is strategy and structure. Where it makes sense we support or lead the approach to market.
